Glauchau Pyramid Push

The Christmas pyramid between Nicolaiplatz and Brüderstraße in the city centre will be set into motion in festive lights by Lord Mayor Marcus Steinhart on 29 November 2026 at 4:00 pm. Starting at 3:00 pm, visitors can look forward to Christmas music and culinary treats.
Children from the "Minis und Maxis" daycare centre will delight us with a wonderful Christmas programme, ushering in the festive season. Santa Claus has also announced his visit and will bring along some treats for the young visitors.
In addition to the pyramid, the large Advent calendar of the Stadtwerke Glauchau will be set up again. Behind the 24 doors of this festive attraction are cute Christmas paintings created by children from Glauchau's daycare centres.
