Concert: Árstíðir – Vetrarsól Tour 2026

The Icelandic band, renowned for their warm harmonies and blend of tradition and modernity, presents new interpretations of ancient songs alongside highlights from their celebrated album Hvel, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026.
Since their international breakthrough in 2010, Árstíðir have captivated audiences with their unique sound, shaped by the three band members' voices and the elegant string arrangements of their musical companions.
Their a cappella album Vetrarsól recently demonstrated once again how deeply rooted the band is in Icelandic musical history.
On November 25, 2026, Árstíðir return to the stage at Alter Gasometer Zwickau – the very venue where they brought the house down during their last visit.

The concert was sold out, the atmosphere electric, and the audience thrilled. They are picking up right where they left off: with fresh energy, new arrangements, and the distinctive ambiance that makes their live performances truly unmistakable.
