Concert: HEAVYSAURUS – METAL Tour 2027
Following their last sold-out show, HEAVYSAURUS returns to the Alter Gasometer!
From kids' bedrooms to the legendary Wacken Open Air, from family outings to festival stages, from small clubs to large arenas – HEAVYSAURUS plays real metal for young and old alike. Four dinosaurs and a dragon rock the stage with a show that gets kids and adults raising the "horns" alike. On January 30, 2026, their new album "METAL" will be released featuring 15 brand-new songs. Following the release, the five green-scaled heroes will embark on a major concert tour with the METAL Tour 2026/27, featuring new songs, a new show, and trusted dino-power!
What started as an unusual idea – rock & metal for children, with great dinosaur stories and without compromises – has long since evolved into a cultural phenomenon. HEAVYSAURUS proves that genuine headbanging fun knows no age limits. Their music is loud, vibrant, and crafted with love, packed with guitar riffs, double-bass drumming, sing-along melodies, and lyrics that thrill young metalheads. As the kids dive into the world of rock music, many parents celebrate their own musical passion right alongside them or rediscover it anew.
Following the overwhelming success of the "Pommesgabel Tour" in 2024 and 2025 – with over 350 dates! – HEAVYSAURUS is now taking the next step: with their upcoming album "METAL" (release date: January 30, 2026) and a brand-new live set, the band will tour Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. "METAL" is not a traditional children's album, but a musical adventure with thrilling songs full of anthemic choruses, driving riffs, wild solos, and plenty of interactive fun, just as parents know and love from their favorite bands – such as Sabaton, Metallica, Iron Maiden, and Volbeat. And always included: humor, attitude, and the mission to inspire children with music – not as a mere product, but as an experience.
Heavysaurus concerts are spectacular: lights, fog, spark rain, balloons, and confetti, featuring genuine live music played by professional musicians in dinosaur costumes, and a sound mix that is safe for children's ears while rocking hard for music fans. At a Heavysaurus concert, the whole family experiences a genuine rock show that is child-friendly and has everything you could ask for. Additionally, limited Meet & Greet tickets are available for their biggest little fans, including a photo, autograph, and high-fiving dinosaur paws!
