On December 23, the 6th Festival of Lights Parade in Mülsengrund starts promptly at 5:00 PM in Wulm. This event sets the mood for Christmas: a honking, festively illuminated, and music-making motorcade travels all the way up through Mülsengrund to Marienau.

At numerous points along the route, there will traditionally be a lively festival atmosphere. Visitors can warm up and treat themselves to mulled wine, punch, and delicious grilled specialties, for example at the administrative center in Mülsen St. Jacob.
