Remember Cash – Tribute to Johnny Cash

The name says it all: we commemorate Johnny Cash with a concert the way he never played it himself: the greatest hits from his 6 'American Recordings' albums in an authentic sound featuring vocal harmonies, guitars, organ, piano, bass, and drums alternating with selected classics in the legendary 'Boom-Chicka-Boom' sound, and of course the most beautiful duets with June Carter.
In between, concertgoers will learn all kinds of interesting and amusing facts from his life and can answer for themselves the question of which songs Johnny Cash would play today and how he would announce them if he had a Twitter (X) account.
Bandleader and double bassist Bodo Martin has been continuously dedicated to the work of the master since 2003, performing over 700 concerts in 8 European countries with this repertoire, including 9 in the correctional facilities of Waldheim, Tegel, Tonna, and Chemnitz.
